Delete your data
In accordance with the GDPR and Meta platform requirements (Data Deletion Request URL Callback), you may request the complete deletion of your personal data held by MA Utility at any time.
1. Procedure from your account
- Log in at app.mautility.com.
- Go to Settings > Account.
- Click Delete my account.
- Confirm via email (link valid for 24 hours).
Deletion is completed within a maximum of 30 days, except where legal retention obligations apply (invoices retained for 10 years under tax law, Art. L123-22 of the French Commercial Code).
2. Procedure by email
If you no longer have access to your account, send a request to hello@mautility.com including:
- Your first name, last name, and account email address.
- A proof of identity (truncated document, only the photo and full name are required).
- Subject line: « GDPR deletion request ».
We will respond within 30 days.
3. Data deleted
- Account information (email, first name, last name, company, password).
- Meta / Google / Stripe tokens and pipeline identifiers.
- Conversations, leads, and WhatsApp messages associated with your account.
- Mappings, templates, and configurations.
- Preferences, notifications, and settings.
- Access to commercial portals and magic links.
4. Data retained (legal obligations)
- Invoices: 10 years (Article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code).
- Anonymised technical logs: up to 12 months (fraud prevention).
5. Deletion via Facebook / Meta
If you have connected your Meta account to MA Utility and only wish to revoke that access (without deleting your MA Utility account), you can:
- Go to Meta Settings > Business Integrations.
- Find « MA Utility » in the list.
- Click Remove.
This action immediately revokes the tokens MA Utility holds for your Meta account. Data already synchronised (imported leads, conversations) will remain in your MA Utility pipeline until you explicitly delete it.
