A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you browse a website. It allows the site to recognise your device on subsequent visits, maintain your session, or measure site traffic.
Cookies are written and read by your browser. Some are essential to the operation of the Service; others require your consent.
2. Cookies used by MA Utility
2.1 Essential cookies (no consent required)
These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function. In accordance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, their placement does not require your prior consent.

2.2 Third-party cookies (consent required)
Certain third-party services integrated into the platform may place cookies necessary for their operation:
- Stripe: security and fraud-prevention cookies for payment processing. For more information, see the Stripe cookies policy.
- Meta (WhatsApp Business): during the Embedded Signup flow, Meta cookies may be placed by their SDK. See the Meta cookies policy.
- Google (OAuth Calendar, Sheets): authentication cookies placed during the OAuth sign-in flow. See Google's policies.
2.3 Analytics cookies (consent required)
In the current version of the Service, we do not use any third-party analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Matomo Cloud, etc.). Should we decide to deploy them in the future, this policy will be updated and your consent will be sought.
3. Managing your cookies
At any time you may:
- Decline non-essential cookies via the consent banner shown on your first visit.
- Change your preferences using the « Cookie preferences » link at the bottom of the page (coming soon).
- Block or delete cookies directly in your browser settings:
Note: disabling essential cookies makes it impossible to use the Service (you will not be able to log in).
4. Retention periods
The retention period for each cookie is shown in the table above. No cookie is retained for more than 13 months, in line with CNIL guidelines.
5. Changes
This policy may be updated. Any material change will be notified to users. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.
